DigiFabster’s ecommerce tools are vital to a modern manufacturing shop hoping to impress today’s online customers. And now DigiFabster has added new features to its software that will make your shoppers even happier.

DigiFabster’s online checkout tool now supports promo codes, making it easier for you to implement tempting discounts to grab customers who might be wavering on the fence. If there’s any other discount applied to a user or company, this info will be also shown on the widget.

You’ll now be able to avoid losing customers to sticker shock with more clearly visible shipping prices visible at checkout. Now shipping price is being displayed and included in Total price on the order page right after the delivery option is selected.

And while DigiFabster’s tools are pretty intuitive, we now have an ever-present “help” feature to keep customers out of the danger zone. Now confused shoppers have answers just a click away. Previously a user had to encounter an error first to see the “Ask for help” link. Now this link is always shown on the widget right below the confirmation button.

This link will open up a pop-up window with a model attached if it’s clicked on the Cart page or will direct a user to write an email if it’s clicked on the Order/Payment page.
